Additional charges apply only when the document requires extra complexity beyond the standard scope, such as custom clauses for high-risk contracts or multi-language affidavits. Standard legal compliance is always included.

You will receive a legally valid document that meets all Kenyan admissibility standards. For instance:

• A standard affidavit will comply with court requirements without incorporating optional provisions.
• A basic Power of Attorney will legally delegate authority without covering niche scenarios.

If you require additional features later, you may upgrade your document at any time through your Client Portal.

Delivery is prompt, compliant, and predictable:

• Affidavits & Power of Attorney: 24–48 hours (delivered in full legal compliance).
• Contracts & Agreements: 72 hours (court ready, with essential clauses).
• Business Registration: 10–15 working days (including eCitizen processing).

Edits must be made within 2 hours via your Client Portal to ensure timely processing by our lawyers. After this window, any changes will incur a fee of KES 500 to cover reprocessing costs under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.

Refunds are available only if requested before drafting begins, in accordance with Section 46 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
